I recently sent out an email to my current clients to get a feel for their experience so far, as well as how we compare against other credit repair services. Here's their responses:
I am very happy with the results I am seeing and hopefully my entire credit situation will be much better as the months go by. I am also very satisfied with the help I have received from Brian Donde and Heather Bonomo answering my questions. This experience (and the cost associated to it) have given me the tools to take control of certain financial aspects of my life, and to me, it is all that this is about.

I am very pleased with how much y'all have done for my terrible credit! I haven't been this excited about something in a long time! Heather, the lady that is helping me, is awesome. She answers every question I have. I know I probably drive her crazy some days, but she always returns my emails and helps me anyway she can, you don't find that in people to much anymore.
I wouldn't change a thing I really don't see where you could improve, your very lucky to have people like Heather working for you, and if all of your staff is as good as she is then I just don't see how you could improve. Thank you again for your help I look forward to seeing the end results.

The system in which you have set up to allow me access to review my progress is phenomenal. I view my progress on a daily basis and it allows me to see your progress. Awesome set up!! The follow up process with the credit specialist assigned to my account is great. She answers my questions in a timely fashion usually within 24 hours. No matter how trivial the questions may be she always responds.
I have used other credit repair services the most negative being Lex… Law Group. The more recent within the past 2 years being a attorney that specializes in credit restoration compared to them on a scale of 1-10 Score More Credit rates a 9 with me, the attorney rates a 7, and The Lex… Law Group rates a 4.

Hello Brian thank you for being concerned with the customer service of your company. So many companies these days are just worried about how much money they can make. What they don't realize is that if the customer is not satisfied they will not make money. So with that said here is my review thus far..
First, what you have done right is to make your product affordable for everyone no matter what their budget is. You have employees that you can understand when you speak to them on the phone. They do not rush you off the phone. They answer questions no matter how trivial they may be and they are very personable. I have five kids screaming in my house at all times and it has never seemed to be a bother to the people I have tallked to at your company. Other companies it seems as if they are annoyed that I have a famiy and that I am wasting their precious time because I have to break up a fight in the living room while I am talking to them.
I myself have never worked with another credit repair company but I would say with what I have encountered thus far you would rank at the top..

I appreciate your solicitation for feedback! So far, I think everything is going well. There is great communication with my credit specialist and myself whenever something has come up. I hear from her much more quickly than I did when I used Lexington Law Firm several years ago and Halo after them.
I look forward to seeing continued process. So far, I'd give the service an 8.5 out of 10…and I'm sure once we get to the fifth and sixth months, it'll be even better!

As we have talked in the past I have used other repair companies. They did not do what they said they could do , and once they got my money it was like they dropped off the face of the earth. You have been working on my file and getting results. All in all you are doing great keep up the good work.

The guarantee you put out not to long ago is a fantastic thing. I have used Lexington Law a couple of years ago and they don't have a guarantee like Score More. So far I think you guys are doing everything right.

Scoremorecredit.com is a team player! The person that worked on my file was terrific. I had already taken steps to repair my credit prior to consulting score more credit but I knew that I needed help. I went from a 445 score in July 2008 to now having a 625 score and rising!!
The main thing that Heather was at all times was honest! In this current economy that's what we need the most. She never boasted about astronomical numbers that never made sense, she kept the situation real and stayed professional and courteous throughout the process.

I got chewed out for slacking on the communication and education a bit. Lesson learned. I've already made some adjustments.
We added weekly credit tip and video tutorials, bi-weekly reminders, a handbook, bi-weekly tele-seminars, and more.
Are we perfect? No, but we're eager to make the changes necessary to get as close as humanly possible.
